If you like what you see in the pub,  then you’ll love the Cottage.

Literally a stone’s throw away from the pub,  the cottage has recently been completely renovated,  providing 106 square metres of luxury space.

Enter the property and you are confronted with a large living area,  we call it the family room,  with plenty of space for children to play and chill out. The cottage is packed with modern day amenities, including a 55″ TV,  Sonos sound system,  underfloor heating,  and even an electrical charging point for your car.

There is a fully equipped kitchen diner,  utility room with downstairs toilet,  sink,  washing machine and dryer.

Head upstairs and you’ll find a striking painting of a Polar Bear by Kat Lightfoot,  one of Dartmoor’s pre-eminent artists.

The main bedroom is furnished with a King-size bed and fitted wardrobes. It also has a stunning view of the Village Green and Easdon Tor in the background. The bathroom has a shower over a steel bath all with quality fitting.

The second bedroom can be configured as a Super King or as a Twin bedded room,  it is spacious enough to fit a cot for those with babies. The bathroom doesn’t have a bath but does have a cavernous luxury shower.

What the cottage lacks in outdoor space is made up by North Bovey’s idyllic and unique location. There is a village green,  a pub,  a beautiful oasis at the stepping stones,  and walking on Dartmoor with its stunning vistas.

The cottage has been set up with families in mind but is equally suited to couples. We will allow one dog to stay for an additional charge of £80.

The cottage is available for week-long lets only. Saturday being our change over day,  with a check-in time of 3:30pm,  and a check-out time of 10:30am.

The cottage is available at the following prices:

~ January to February November to the first week of Christmas £1,350 p/w
~ March, April, May, June, and October £1,850 p/w
~ July, August, Christmas and New Year £2,350 p/w

A £350 cautionary deposit will be taken in addition to the above.
