Chef Tony Carr, and his team, are kept busy in the kitchen producing a delicious mix of traditional and more contemporary dishes. The menu changes regularly with special seasonal dishes making an appearance, as well as some old favourites back by popular request. Tony is always keen to hear diners' views and respond to feedback.
The menu always features fresh locally-sourced produce that reflects the season. Devon is a great area for food and we have a policy of supporting our excellent local producers as much as we can and Tony is always on the look out for new local suppliers. Our meat, fish, vegetables and many of our drinks are all locally reared, grown or produced.
